Diamond segments "<<" Step taper shape with sandwich or multi-layer structure which are mainly used on multi-blades for cutting granite rough blocks into thin slabs.
This type segment is suitable for 5-60pcs same diameter multi-blades, such as 1200mm, this is popular for the machines with 4 columns made in Europe.
Characterized by high efficiency, no need grinding, smoothness of slab, and low energy consumption.
Wet use only with sufficient water, coolant material put into water is benefit for faster cutting.
Welding method: silver/copper welding by high frequency welding machine.
