900mm-2200mm diamond segments for granite hard stone block Cutting - taper with raised/concave V top

Multi-layer structure

Diamond segments raised/concave V & taper shape with mulit-layer structure of 900-2200mm circular saw blades for block cutting of granite, sandstone, various hard stone with quartz.

There are 50% raised V shape and 50% concave V shape for one full set segments, V shape is benefit for fast segment opening of initial cutting.

Only one type V shape for full set segments is available.

Suitable for bridge cutting machines, single arm cutting machines.

Wet use only with sufficient water, coolant material put into water is benefit for faster cutting.

Welding method: silver/copper welding by high frequency welding machine.
