Diamond saw blades for concrete wall cutting - normal flat segments
Laser or silver welded diamond saw blades with normal 40mm length flat segments used to cut openings in concrete walls for the replacement of doors, windows, duets and for removing walls and floors for expansion or demolition, fast cutting less fatigue smooth operation and long life.
Widely used on the projects of civil engineering, structural steel, waterproofing, architectural renovation works, etc. to cut various materials such as steel bar, concrete, reinforced concrete, large dimension pipes or tubes, and other building materials.
Running on electric tracking machine, air or hydraulic saws, saw power from 10HP to 60HP.
It can be used dry, but will give better performance and life used wet.
Various bore sizes, bond types are available upon wall saw type, RPM, power, materials.
Bore size: 25.4mm, 30.5mm, 35mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm or as per demand.
Steel core thickness: 3.5mm or as per demand.
Welding type: Laser welded or silver welded(wet use only).
