These double bevel angle 45° 60° 90° electroplated diamond grinding wheels are mainly used for cutting grinding sharpening various materials with high temperature hardness and low thermal conductivity, such as tungsten steel milling cutters, high-speed steel, tool steel, high alloy quenched steel, chromium steel, nickel alloy steel, powder metallurgy diamond, and high-temperature alloys, also suitable for glass, tiles, precious stones, magnetic materials, ceramics, molds and other materials edge grinding and chamfering.


The wheels deliver smooth and consistent material removal, the electroplated premium quality diamond sand is evenly attached to the steel body and wear-resistant, not easy to drop, ensure long-lasting durability and sharpness.


Suitable for use with bench grinders, angle grinders, and electric drills.

 

Wet or dry use, wet working may prolong the working life.
