This 250mm PCD grinding plate with multi-hole and 5pcs 1/2 round PCDs & 5pcs assisted metal bond bar shape diamond segments design fits to most of the single head grinder in the market, such as Blastrac/Trelawny grinders.It is mainly used for removing most types of coatings such as paint, varnish, glue, epoxy, acrylic, screed residue, VCT mastic, black tar adhesive as well as thick rubber materials on the concrete terrazzo floor.
It is made from the high quality poly crystalline diamonds, the assisted diamond segments prevent damage to the floor by controlling the depth of the cuts from the PCDs.
It is ideal for the initial steps in concrete polishing procedures, good to coarse grinding concrete surface quickly, make the surface leveling, and achieve maximum square footage at minimum cost.
