These small electroplated diamond wheels are suitable for grinding
hard alloy, non-metallic materials, cutting hard and brittle
carbide, non-metallic minerals, they are mainly used in hard alloy
measuring tools, steel, high speed steel, alloy steel, glass,
precious stones, magnetic materials, ceramics, molds, etc.
The wheels deliver smooth and consistent material removal, the
electroplated premium quality diamond sand is evenly attached to the
steel body and wear-resistant, not easy to drop, ensure long-lasting
durability and sharpness.
Wet or dry use, wet working may prolong
the working life.
Diameter: 20mm, 45mm, 45mm.
Diamond coated thickness: 10mm(dia.20mm), 7mm(dia.45mm),
7mm(dia.45mm-double bevel).
Diamond grit: #120, other grit is possible available.
Shank length: 45mm(dia.20mm), 48mm(dia.45mm), shank diameter: 6mm.
