Sales Term & Conditions:

1. We don't offer free samples. According to our many years' experience we deem that when people get the samples by paying they will cherish what they get. Also though the quantity of sample is small however its average cost is higher than regular production.

2. We usually offer high quality products, and we don't supply very cheap and low quality products. Since so many products with different specification and different regions concerned, it’s not possible for us to put our price list on the website, we usually send the offer according to our customers' detailed inquiry!

3. Some special products not found from our website are also possible available from us, please send us inquiry with photos and specifications if you need a quotation.

4. The price is mainly decided by the quality, supply and demand relations, region difference.

5. Any order amount or quantity is possible available from us, but strongly recommend you to place order which gross weight of the goods not less than 21kgs(courier service) or 45kgs(Air Cargo). Also if your requirement is not convenient for production, we will inform the minimum order quantity.

6. All offers are based on FOB China, we will calculate the approximate shipping cost as per the order quantity. When people place an order from us, we will calculate the approximate gross weight, according to the current express price, Airfreight rate or Ocean Freight rate and add Chinese customs formalities & documents charge we will get the final charges. We will let you know and write it in the Proforma Invoice of your order.

7. Regarding payment, we only accept Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) or Western Union of 100% amount before shipment.

8. After sending the payment, how long we will make the shipment? It depends on the quantity of the order, as usual we make the shipment within one working month on receipt of payment. For special order(big order or not standard specification order) it may cost more days. We always let our customers know the approximate production time before he place an order.

9. Complaint: offer detailed report and photos, or return back used products, we will make compensation or give replacement. Which is valid within 3-6 months from the date of shipment.

What should do if our product can not run well? If our products can not run well, firstly, please check whether the installation is right? Then please check whether there is problem with the machine? Third is whether the workers they were operating the machine in wrong method. After get rid of these possibility then it's the problem of our products. Under such situation, please ask your technician to guide the running of machine. Otherwise continue the running according to your experience or uninstall our products and change to other manufacture's products temporarily.

For example, if our segments can not cut, first please open the segment again, use brick or sandstone, if it is hard to open please use concrete. After this if the segment is still very hard, please unbraze(take off) some pieces segment regularly. If still can not cut, please uninstall our segment and braze other manufacture's products to continue the production line.

Please contact us directly if you get poor performance of our products, send us the detailed report to analyse, it is better if you send back those used products so that our technical department can check the problem. If we find the reason is at our end, we will make compensation for our customers or replacement will be done immediately.

10. For the business secret, we will not tell anyone who is buying or using our products in his region, if anyone would like to use our products, please buy from us directly.
