These single bevel angle electroplated diamond wheels are mainly used for grinding
sharpening various materials with high temperature hardness and low
thermal conductivity, such as tungsten steel milling cutters,
high-speed steel, tool steel, high alloy quenched steel, chromium
steel, nickel alloy steel, powder metallurgy diamond, and
high-temperature alloys, also suitable for glass, tiles, precious
stones, magnetic materials, ceramics, molds and other materials edge
grinding and chamfering.
The wheels deliver smooth and consistent material removal, the
electroplated premium quality diamond sand is evenly attached to the
steel body and wear-resistant, not easy to drop, ensure long-lasting
durability and sharpness.
Suitable for use with
bench grinders, angle grinders, and electric drills.
Wet or dry use, wet working may prolong
the working life.
Diameter: 78mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm.
Angle degree: 45 degree, 60 degree, 80 degree (other degree is
possible available).
Diamond coated height: 10mm.
Diamond grit: regular grit #100, #120, #150, #200, #240, #320, #400,
#600, the other grit is possible available.
Bore size: 12.7mm(78mm), 20mm(100mm), 32mm(125mm/150mm).
