semi-circular arc R0.75 R1.0 R1.5 R2.0 R2.5 R3.0 electroplated
diamond grinding wheels are used for high-precision and
high-efficiency machining of hard and tough metal materials such
hardened steel, stainless steel, high speed steel, high carbon
steel, alloy, and most ferrous metal materials, also suitable for
glass, tiles, precious stones, magnetic materials, ceramics, molds
and other materials grinding slotting.
The electroplating
process can accurately control the hardness and grain size of the
grinding wheel, thus significantly improving the dimensional
accuracy and surface smoothness of the workpiece. And the abrasive
particles are exposed and sharp, with strong cutting ability and the
ability to quickly remove materials.
Suitable for use with
bench grinders, angle grinders, and electric drills.
Wet or dry use, wet working may prolong
the working life.
