Diamond finger bits with resin filled twisted segments are ideal for fast stock removal as well as truing up saw lines, which is usually mounted on CNC or radial arm machines, for hole grinding, anchor and blind hole, working as milling cutter for cutting any arc of granite marble or other stones.
Segments hot-press sintered and silver welded by high frequency welded machine.
With the design of twisted segments and the segments gap filled with resin, greatly improving the processing stability, reduce vibration, low noise and safety.
Center water-feed holes in each bit.
Wet use only.
Soft bond is ideal for grinding hard stone, and diamond #30/40 grit is better for grinding hard granite.
