This type incremental cutting diamond finger bits with U slot segment also called CNC screw drill bits are ideal for fast stock removal as well as truing up saw lines, which is for incremental sink cut-out and usually mounted on CNC machines or radial arm machines like Fab King, Thibaut or Park Wizard.
Segments hot-press sintered and silver welded by high frequency welded machine.
Center water-feed holes in each bit.
Wet use only.
Soft bond is ideal for grinding hard stone, diamond grit #30/40 is better for grinding hard granite, and grit #60 provide great finishing.
