20mm 22mm 25mm 30mm mini electroplated diamond cutting discs with mandrels for dremel rotary tools

These 20mm-30mm continuous rim type double sides electroplated diamond saw blades with mandrels and cooling holes are used on dremel rotary tools for cutting grinding a wide range of materials such as soft stone, marble, jade, gemstones, ceramic, porcelain, tiles, glass, fiberglass, plastic pipes, carbide, rocks, aluminum, copper.

Wet or dry use, wet working may prolong the working life. The water is required to cool and lubricate when cutting process, if there is not enough water to cool, the diamond at the front of the saw blade will quickly wear off because of high temperature.

Diameter: 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 30mm.

Diamond grit: #150 (other diamond grits may be available).

Steel thickness: 0.5mm.

Mandrel length: 38.5mm(1-1/2").

Shank diameter: 3mm (close to 1/8").

Bore size: 3mm.

Note: for safety, please insert the mandrel into the deepest position of the chuck of Dremel during installation to avoid the danger of the cutting discs being thrown when the machine rotates at high speed. And please be sure to wear gloves and goggles when using the rotary cutting tool, and be careful of sparks.
