Diamond squaring wheels for trimming ceramic tile - resin bond, segmented, dry use

Diamond squaring wheels are used to make modifying the uprightness of ceramic tiles four edges in order to achieve scheduled size, it is a necessary squaring tool for big size glaze ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles and polished porcelain tiles. This segmented type resin bond squaring wheel is used after the metal bond diamond squaring wheel, on continuous automatic polishing line for making fine squaring on ceramic tiles edges in order to achieve high precision size, flat and smooth effect.

Dry use diamond wheel is to make squaring without water on ceramic tiles edges, which can achieve the same effect as traditional wet squaring way. By the traditional wet mode, the tiles body will absorb water and some water will be still remained after drying, so ceramic tiles may become mildew and dyed when storing and transportation. But by dry squaring mode, it can prevent effectively above mentioned quality problems, moreover the drying equipments and process become unnecessary, so the power consumption can be lowered, labor cost, drying equipments and related field can be saved.
