The PCD grinding shoe with 2pcs metal bond PCD segments is one of the floor preparation tools used on Dr. Schulze floor grinders for quick removing various coatings such as paint, varnish, glue, epoxy, acrylic, screed residue, VCT mastic, black tar adhesive as well as thick rubber materials on concrete or terrazzo floor surface.
The tool features a
central PCD chip for aggressive removal performance, supported by
two protection bars that help control cutting depth and reduce
surface scarring.
Unlike standard directional PCD segments, this chip-style configuration is non-directional and can be used on machines rotating in either direction.
