This diamond grinding
shoe with 2pcs or 3pcs metal bond cylindrical segments
is one of the floor preparation tools used on Newgrind Rhino floor grinders for
floor rough leveling and grinding or quick removing
various coatings such as paint, varnish, glue, epoxy, acrylic,
screed residue, VCT mastic, black tar adhesive as well as thick
rubber materials on concrete or terrazzo floor surface.
Metal bond diamonds have
high strength, excellent wear resistance, and a low friction
coefficient. It's easy to deal with various rough surface, smooth
and unbroken edges, low grinding resistance and high efficiency, and
it is aggressive leaving and deep to medium scratch pattern, take
the floor from coarsely structured surface to pre-polishing.
We provide you with different metal bonds to fit different
hardness of concrete, and a wide range of diamond grits can be
chosen.
