Laser welded diamond dry cutters with diagonal turbo & V slot segments for fast
dry cutting various hard, medium, soft stone such as granite, marble,
sandstone, limestone, etc. without water or with less water.
Better cutting speed compared to normal segmented saw blades, diagonal
grooves & V slot on the segments is benefit for fast coolant and chip
removal.
Also we can make the segments bond for cutting other materials such as concrete,
asphalt, ceramic, bricks, etc. or the bond for general purpose.
Welding method: Laser welded.
Dry or wet use, water coolant is benefit for longer
cutting life.
Usually used
on: angle grinders, table saws, high speed power saws,
masonry saws, handheld saw machines.
