Diamond
cup wheels with resin filled metal bond fanlike & curved
segments for grinding various stone such as granite marble, sandstone,
limestone, artificial stone, etc., ideal for smoothing and
shaping as well as stock removal.
This type cup wheels are
perfect for chip free grinding and honing. Diamonds are specifically
placed on the cup wheel for maximum speed, and resin is filled to
eliminate bouncing, or "biting" into the material-the things that
cause chipping.
Wet use only.
Bond type: soft, medium, hard.
Regular grit: rough(#30/40), medium(#60/80), smooth(#100/120).
Used on high-speed electric grinder and pneumatic tools.
The hot-press sintered segments offers efficient and steady performance,
#30 for the first step coarse grinding, #50/60 for the medium next step,
#100/120 for fine grinding, Grit #100/120 diamond grits provide great
finishing and much longer working life.
