This double rows PCD
grinding cup wheel is a
perfect tool for sharp removal of heavy epoxy, coatings, mastic,
glues or even fast stock removal of concrete, which is designed
for fast removing hard and tacky surfaces including:
waterproofing membrane, pool deck coating, thick mastic, old and
new epoxy coating, paint, VCT/carpet glues, etc., usually the
PCD segment scrapes and rips the toughest coating from the
surface quickly and effectively with no loading up.
Manufactured from the
high quality polycrystalline diamonds. This tools scraping action
eliminates gumming up of segments and maximizes production.
Compared to
single row PCD cup wheel, double rows PCD cup wheels gives better speed
and wider grinding area when it is grinding the concrete surface.
