This type incremental cutting diamond finger bits also called CNC screw
drill bits are ideal for fast
stock removal as well as truing up saw lines, which is for incremental
sink cut-out and usually mounted on CNC machines or radial arm machines
like Fab King, Thibaut or Park Wizard.
Segments hot-press sintered and silver welded by
high frequency welded machine.
Center water-feed holes in each
bit.
Wet use only.
Soft bond is ideal for grinding hard stone, diamond
grit #30/40 is better for grinding hard granite, and grit #60 provide
great finishing.
Segment with U slots for water coolant or without
slot.
