This 800mm laser welded diamond saw blades
with diagonal teeth and matrix segments used to cut openings in concrete walls
for the replacement of doors, windows, duets and for removing walls and
floors for expansion or demolition, fast cutting less fatigue smooth
operation and long life.
Under same bond condition, the
cutting speed and life of blades with diamond matrix
segments are both minimum 20% more than other regular
blades.
Segments height: 13.5mm.
Widely used on the projects
of civil engineering, structural steel, waterproofing, architectural
renovation works, etc. to cut various materials such as steel bar,
concrete, reinforced concrete, large dimension pipes or tubes, and other
building materials.
Running on electric tracking
machine, air or hydraulic saws, saw power from 10HP to 60HP.
Dry or wet use,
water coolant is benefit for longer cutting life.
Various bore sizes, bond types are available
